“The new space in the City of SeaTac is extremely convenient for everyone on our team,” said Mark Siegel, president of Advanced Broadcast Solutions. “I make my home in SeaTac and I am really impressed with the direction the city is heading. And the fact they don’t have a B&O tax or utility tax is great for local economic development.”
Advanced Broadcast Solutions has 15 full time employees and has plans for growth. Advanced Broadcast Solutions is the resource for personalized broadcast services such as consulting, project budgeting, workflow analysis, feasibility studies, project management, system and architectural design and engineering, equipment specifying, procurement and installation, maintenance support and training. They provide system integration expertise and experience that is unparalleled in the industry.
“The City of SeaTac has been working very collaboratively with our team to attract new tenants to the city,” said Arie Salomon, of NAI Puget Sound Properties who served as the broker for the lease agreement on behalf of owners AMB Properties. “The city’s economic development team reached out to me requesting a tour of the space and then followed up with me to discuss potential tenants. I have not seen this level of partnership in my 20 years in business.” “We are thrilled to have a company such as Advanced Broadcast Solutions choose to locate their headquarters in the City of SeaTac,” said Craig Ward, City Manager for the City of SeaTac. “They are a global, dynamic and thriving business and while we realize proximity to the airport was important to them it’s gratifying to know they are excited about our vision for the city.”
