ProLogis Park SeaTac offers ideal location for “last mile delivery” company

City of SeaTac, Wash. (April 17, 2009) -- 3PD, a national third-party delivery and logistics company has signed a lease to expand their regional operations to ProLogis Park SeaTac, located at S. 208th and International Blvd. in the City of SeaTac.

“ProLogis Park SeaTac is perfect for the needs of a ‘last mile delivery service’ company,” said Dan Ladsten, General Manager with 3PD. “The convenient location with the airport and highways, our flexibility for growth and the fact it is a recently developed facility managed by ProLogis all made this a very easy decision for us.”

“We are very pleased to welcome 3PD to the City of SeaTac,” said Craig Ward, City Manager for the City of SeaTac. “We are grateful for the ongoing collaboration with partners such as Chris Corr at GVA Kidder Mathews and Alex Vulic at ProLogis.”
