A pedestrian bridge spanning International Boulevard will link Sea-Tac International Airport and the SeaTac/Airport Station to what will be a new vibrant city center for SeaTac. The Tukwila International Boulevard Sound Transit light rail station is scheduled to open in July 2009, leading to redevelopment of the surrounding community.
The South 154th Street Station Area will be a vibrant, mixed-use residential neighborhood that connects people of various backgrounds. The station area will be pedestrian-oriented, visually pleasing, easily accessible and integrated with transit.

The City will monitor and encourage industrial development on Port owned parcels within SeaTac boundaries which have been identified as development opportunities in this study.
